Student I.D. cards
Temporary identification cards will be produced in the Davidson Student Center, second floor. You must present a picture I.D. to receive a student identification card. You will receive your Cougar OneCard within 10 business days.
Parking permits
Parking permits, which are valid for 1 year, may be obtained at the University Police Department, located in the Health & Safety Center.
Transcripts
You may request a copy of your academic transcript via the Enrollment Services tab by logging into CougarNet. You may also submit a request in writing to the Office of the Registrar, Columbus State University, 4225 University Avenue, Columbus, GA 31907 or by fax at (706) 568-2462. A printable transcript request form can be found at http://registrar.colstate.edu/forms.htm. Written request MUST contain your signature. For transcripts requested via ISIS, the validation of your password is your signature. Please allow 48 hours for processing. Students enrolled prior to 1997 may be subject to a longer processing time if academic history records have to be created.
A.D.A. compliance
If you have a documented disability, as described by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), you may be eligible to receive accommodations to assist in programmatic and physical accessibility. Tutorial services
Tutoring is available free of charge to all CSU students. Supplemental instruction for learning support and many core curriculum classes is offered in Tucker Hall.
